Objectives: ‘trip of a lifetime’ to incentivise and reward the elite sales team
Location: Lapland
Day One
Upon arrival guests were met by the YES team and given outdoor clothing in personalised bags with a small bottle of local vodka ‘Kuksa’ bearing the company logo. They then took a reindeer safari to a welcome dinner around the camp fire, before being transferred to the Santa Claus Hotel.
Day Two
Guests were divided into groups and spent the morning enjoying activities including, BMW Ice Driving, Starlet Driving, Karts and Quads.
That afternoon, guests were transferred to dinner on a private island. They were greeted with a fire performance on ice and a sumptuous feast of local food.
Day Three
Check-out of the Santa Claus Hotel in anticipation for the transfer to Vaattunki Wilderness Lodge that evening.
Activities that day included, a husky dog sled ride in the snow-covered forests and after lunch, they were transferred to the snowmobiles to embark on a snow safari. Guests checked into the Wilderness Lodge and spent some time relaxing in the saunas and hot pool before the lumberjack themed dinner that evening.
Day four
Guests spent some time in Santa Claus Village before transferring to the airport for the journey home.
Client: Sales Conference

Objectives: To introduce next season’s products, to educate staff about new and current products and to reward staff for a successful year
Location: Crete
Day One
Arrival, welcome and relaxation at the Blue Palace Hotel in deluxe bungalows with private infinity pools.
Day Two
Delegates were shown to the conference centre to begin the day’s workshops. These included an education section, arts and science, return on invested capital and visual merchandising; with coffee breaks served in the beautiful gardens of a royal blue villa and a buffet lunch served in the restaurant with views over the sea. The afternoon continued with presentations celebrating the product.
After some leisure time, guests met at the beach bar for cocktails before being shown through to dinner overlooking the beach. After dinner, the Managing Director addressed the audience and commenced the long service awards presentation. This was followed by dancing until midnight before guests retired for the evening.
Day Three
Delegates enjoyed a look at the history of the company before lunch. After, various workshops and demonstrations educated the group in order for them to take back their new knowledge to the teams at home. Guests were collected that evening and taken to nearby Marilena Tavern for a night of Greek food and entertainment.
Day Four
After a briefing about the day’s activities ahead, a morning of team building Greek style! Lunch was served in a nearby tavern followed by an afternoon of leisure back at the Blu Palace.
That evening was Party Night! With a twist on the usual style it was named ‘Bright Night’ with splashes of colour accenting the white tables and white chairs. Guests were asked to wear bright and bold clothing to compliment the room setting.
Day Five
Guests were transferred back to the airport to return home.
Client: Wholesale office supply products
Objectives: An event to reward and thank elite partners for their continued support, to help grow and develop the business and to provide interesting and helpful information to inform and educate

Location: Hinkley Island
Day 1 - Conference
Guests arrived for registration, before a welcome by the Managing Director in the conference room followed by 2 partner speaker sessions. Lunch was served, then afternoon speakers commenced.
This evening’s dinner was relaxed and informal with light entertainment allowing guests the opportunity to network, followed by entertainment from a live band for guests to dance the night away.
Day 2 Exhibition
Guests were welcomed to the interactive exhibition area for a morning of fun and learning. The 36 sponsors included many well-known brands, who all created something new and exciting to entice the delegates over to them and view their products. This included a catwalk fashion show, massage therapist, a beach area complete with beach chairs, balls and an ice cream cart and many other interactive activities.
After lunch there was an afternoon of workshops and learning forums .The exhibition and workshops ended mid-afternoon with a closing ceremony and awards presentation.
